PROCEDURE

  • Sit upright, raise arms and spread your legs as wide as possible Fold the left leg
  • Hold the right foot as you bend over
  • Your face should touch the knee
  • Similarly do the asana with the left leg
  • Stay in the position for 10-15 seconds
