PROCEDURE
- Sit up right.
- Keep both legs together.
- Stretch your arms up close to the side the head near the ears.
- Bend forward and inhale.
- Try to touch your knees with your face
- Draw in your stomach as you exhale and try to touch the floor with your elbows.
- Stay in this position for 10 seconds
- Staying in the posture for 10 seconds focussing your mind with Dhuruva star.
