PROCEDURE

  • Sit up right.
  • Keep both legs together.
  • Stretch your arms up close to the side the head near the ears.
  • Bend forward and inhale.
  • Try to touch your knees with your face
  • Draw in your stomach as you exhale and try to touch the floor with your elbows.
  • Stay in this position for 10 seconds
  • Staying in the posture for 10 seconds focussing your mind with Dhuruva star.
