PROCEDURE

  • Lie on your chest, keep your face low down on the floor
  • Palms faced downwards and tucked under the abdomen.
  • Inhale and hold your breath press your palms on the floor and raise your leg straight up.
  • Lift the legs as far back and up as possible, and let it drop slowly
  • In the beginning, practice raising one leg

Hold for 10-15 seconds fixing your mind in midst of eyebrow saying “OM ESWARA” to your inner mind.
