PROCEDURE
- First hold vipareetha karani posture then press both hands further up so that your chest touches the chin.
- Raise your body higher and support the back in to an L shaped position
- Breath normally
Bring your mind in between the eyebrows and say “OM ESWARA” in your inner mind.
