PROCEDURE

  • Keep the legs 2feets apart and raise both hands up to
  • the shoulder level
  • Exhale lower your right hand to touch the big toe on the right foot
  • Then your head upwards and focus your eyes on the left thumb
  • Then raise slowly, bend to the left and hold your right big toe with the right hand, rise slowly without bending the knees
  • Hold the position for 5-10 seconds
